We are proud to announce that we have just obtained the new ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

After a first concession obtained through Bureau Veritas already in 2007 and renewed in 2010 for ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 standards, SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance) has satisfactorily concluded the analysis of rusticasa®’s certification process according to NP EN ISO 14001:2015 and NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that defines the requirements of an organization’s quality management system and ISO 14001 establishes the requirements for the most effective management of the environmental aspects of its activities, taking into account environmental protection, pollution prevention, legal compliance and socio-economic needs. At rusticasa®, we apply the latest standards NP EN ISO 14001:2015 and NP EN ISO 9001:2015.

We are committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to improve what we do. The ISO standard requires all processes to be audited annually, which is certainly beneficial to our business. It encourages us to continue thinking about improvements, which can ultimately lead to greater specialization and customer satisfaction.
