Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on factory equipment (saws, CNC machines, cutting, gluing, and wood-processing machinery).
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical faults, providing fast and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Manage stock of consumables, spare parts, and tools.
• Support and monitor inspections, technical audits, and interventions by external suppliers.
• Prepare technical maintenance reports and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial maintenance best practices.
• Provide technical support to the production team whenever necessary.

Workplace:

• Zona Industrial de Campos, Vila Nova de Cerveira.

We offer you:

• Proven professional experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the wood industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and CNC experience is an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and autonomy.
• Availability to work on-site in Campos, Vila Nova de Cerveira.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
