Ying Yang Monte da Lua’s new Yoga space

Ying Yang Monte da Lua‘s Country House, integrated in an 8,5 hectare property near Comporta and Grândola, populated by umbrella pines and cork oaks and with an understorey full of autochthonous plants that together form a place of extraordinary beauty and unique, has just opened its new yoga space entirely made of wood.

Like the huts and granaries manufactured by rusticasa® that are part of the houses in this rural space, the Yoga house was built in Japanese Cedar wood, in a clear allusion to the Asian origin of this discipline and in harmony with its philosophy, as well as with the surrounding nature.

With almost 50m2, the yoga room is a diaphanous space of octagonal shape, almost circular, between the yurt of Central Asia and the teepee of the nomadic people of the Great Plains of North America. Undoubtedly, a propitious space for relaxation and spiritual inspiration inherent to the practice of yoga.
