In 1978 the idea of the first wooden house was born, that would give life to the project RUSTICASA®. A craft house, entirely made by hand, built in wooden trunks 30 cm in diameter. The “Trunks House”, as it was then called, remains, still today, iconic for the company.
It follows a vast investment process with the acquisition of 10,000m² of industrial land and the construction of a modern factory, equipped with semi-automated production lines. Industrialization would allow us to take the definitive leap into the national market with a quality product, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

Our old exhibition house has been dismantled to be replaced by Casa Didática, a wooden construction interpretation centre that will be assembled in the second half of the year.
